In today's modern age how we communicate is under attack with politics that demand communications be transparent to authorities. Hackers, data harvesters, & corporations all competing to make you their biggest profit by knowing all about you! Using phrases such as safety & trust, to protect the innocent, & for the sake of the children as propaganda to justify the invasion of private communications. They attempt to paint this black & white picture of how you should think about the concept of the principals of chatting. It's been over a year since we made our last review  of Revolt the chat application. A lot has changed in one year such as new features, website look, & more. At the end we're going to discuss important things to note. WHATS NEW? The website has got a new look no longer saying in the slogan how privacy is critical but you can be sure that your conversations are confidential and your data is secure. This should give people a more welcome feel in trusting them with your data. End to end encryption has still not been developed yet but new features has arrived to Revolt.   What is Element? Element is a chat messenger app that is created by Matrix.org to connect you the homeserver you registered on and login to start chatting away in Rooms and exploring Spaces. Element offers many features for rooms including E2EE (End to End Encryption)! What is a Homeserver?
